This sitting dog has been cut out of 1/4” Baltic birch plywood that I have painted black.
I then created the dot art pattern using light and dark turquoise, light and dark purples and white acrylic paints. The piece has been finished with 2 coats of gloss varnish.
This piece can be made into a magnet using two micro magnets or a wall hanging using the picture hanger shown in the last picture. The hanger will be glued on using a strong glue rather than a screw which may split the wood and damage the painting.
